CELTIC project - Cirencester Emporium Leading Teenagers In Crisis

The C.E.L.T.I.C Project

The emotional wellbeing of young people impacts all areas of their lives including relationships with friends and family and their academic future.

It is vital that young people get the support that they need, when they need it.

In Jan 2020 a survey revealed more than half of 11- to 18-year-old patients referred to child and adolescent mental health services (CAMHS) by their GP were rejected for treatment ( see below for article)

Our Young peoples lives matter and The Celtic Project are raising funds to start a charity that will help local young people access to therapy at an early intervention.

The plans for CELTIC include

1-2-1 Counselling

Access to different therapies

A parenting group and courses

A Anonymous helpline

Social craft sessions
